AssetTraq
In our schools or businesses we are surrounded by assets.
Some are static (such as desks and chairs), some move around (such as audio visual equipment on loan).
If you can't instantly and accurately list "what's where" (or with whom), list important asset information such as
safety check dates and warranty information, and tell whether your assets are being pilfered, you need AssetTraq.
AssetTraq uses barcodes to keep track of assets and their locations. It also has a built in facility for
temporary loans of assets, and prints its own barcode labels. You can track warranty and safety inspection
dates with a simple report. The program can be run from multiple locations for convenience.
Audits are quickly conducted with a specially programmed Portable Barcode Reader.

TimeSheet Express
Those who want an "instant" solution to tracking staff Time and Attendance might
wish to consider TimeSheet Express. Express uses ASP’s ZipNet Terminal
for the collection of staff clock in and clock out times, but unlike the TimeSheet
program, Express doesn’t require the time consuming definition and maintenance of
Shift Profiles. Instead time data is processed by a few simple rules, then presented
in an easy to comprehend visual display. Editing, if required, is easily carried out,
and a full range of Reports is available. Export to popular Payroll Programs is easily

Label+
You CAN print your own barcodes! Imagine the convenience, no
supply delays and large minimum orders, barcode labels of what you
want, when you want them. Perhaps you want to try substituting a
simple barcode scan for repetitive keystrokes; no problem, from
idea to testing in a couple of minutes! ASP's popular Label+ for
Windows holds the key. Simple to use, Label+ and ASP's pre-cut
label sheets turn your PC and its laser printer into a barcode
label printing system. Just choose the label size to be used, the
text to be printed above your label, and the range of labels
required, and you'll have your labels in minutes not weeks. You
can also pass data files to Label+, or with the new 32 bit Version
2.3c, use the internal database for storing and selecting labels
you have used in the past, a great convenience! ASP's label stock
is A4 size, with 90, 64, 44, and 30 labels per sheet in durable
paper, and 90 labels in plastic. All labels are precut so that
although they hang on tight while they are being printed, they are
easy to detach once printed. Label+ can start printing at any
location on a sheet, so partly used sheets don't get wasted.

RFolution!
Whether you are a hardware vendor, a software developer or an end user,
RFolution! is a Windows PC program (middleware) that allows the
integration of 802.11 wireless barcode readers into almost all PC
databases.
Your barcode readers become an extension in real time of your PC

RetailMAX
RetailMAX supercharges your MYOB Retail Manager at stocktake time.
You could continue printing out your entire stock file, then marking
quantities on the printout, then entering these figures into your
stock screen, and then printing your variance report. Doesn't sound
like too much fun, though.
Or you could work smart and invest in ASP's RetailMAX package of
simple to use software and compact Portable Barcode Scanner.
RetailMAX loads your stock file from Retail Manager (barcode and
description) into the scanner, then you can then scan the barcodes
on your stock in any order. Items scanned are verified as existing
in your stock list and their descriptions displayed. Then, just
type in the quantity - it's a one hand job.
The Portable Scanner won't lose any data, it's safely stored in backed
up memory. Once the stocktake is finished, RetailMAX loads
the results directly into the stock screen of Retail Manager in
seconds, ready for a variance report.

ASPKey+
ASPKey+ is designed to take data received at a
PC's RS232 COM Port, such as output from one of ASP's Barcode
Readers, and pass it to the PC in such a way that the PC thinks
the data has been typed in on the keyboard. This avoids the need
to adapt existing software to receiving barcode scan data.
ASPKey+ also has the ability to read data and IDs from ASP DataTags.

ASPKey+ for Mobile Devices
Field service and sales applications are becoming more common,
and requirements for hardware are becoming more diverse. So, ASP
has developed a utility that allows Bluetooth barcode scanners to
be used with mobile devices such as the iMate.
ASPKey+ for Mobile Devices does this by converting RS-232
and Bluetooth input into keyboard input. This means that with
a rugged Bluetooth barcode scanner like our GT10,
you can scan items into your mobile device in real time and without
the use of cables.

Programmers Pack for Z4 DataTraq
ASP's Z4 DataTraq includes the
powerful ASP BASIC Interpreter. Programs for this language are
written with an editor on a PC, then downloaded to the DataTraq
for execution. The Programmer's Pak includes detailed
documentation on the language, sample programs, software for
communication to the DataTraq, and software allowing the
attachment of a "loader" to a program. This allows the Programmer
to distribute to their client an application that when run on the
PC, transfers itself across to the DataTraq automatically.
